By accessing or using WightExplorer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
WightExplorer helps users discover events, venues and things to do on the Isle of Wight. We aim to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information provided by event organisers and venues is complete, correct or current.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false or misleading event information, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
Event and venue details are supplied by organisers and third parties. WightExplorer is not responsible for the accuracy of this content, or for any changes, cancellations or issues arising from an event you attend. Always check with the organiser before travelling to an event.
Businesses and organisers may pay to promote an event listing within the App. Promoted listings are clearly identified and do not constitute an endorsement by WightExplorer of the event or organiser.
The WightExplorer name, logo and app design are the property of WightExplorer and may not be used without our prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WightExplorer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
